At the moment, you can push the data manually using the following options: directly from your Closely account (from the My Network and Inbox tab) and via our extension

Step 1 — Open the contact’s LinkedIn profile
Go to LinkedIn and open the profile of the contact you’d like to push. In the Closely extension window, click Push to GoHighLevel
Step 2 — Select contact details
A new window will appear where you can choose whether to include the contact’s email address and phone number. These are enabled by default
Enriching a profile uses the same credits as the Enrichment tab. You can check more about how the credits are used here: How are the credits used in the Enrichment?
Step 3 — Choose subaccount and owner
Next, select the GoHighLevel subaccount where the contact should be pushed, and assign an owner. Once everything is chosen, click Push
Step 4 — View the pushed contact
After the contact is pushed, the data will be automatically updated in the extension window with the contact details. If we do not have the data for the contacts, the credits will be returned to your account
To view the record in GoHighLevel, click the GHL icon in the extension and select View on GoHighLevel
Please note: Company details are only synced if they appear in the contact’s extension profile (under the contact’s name). If no company information is available, nothing will be pushed to GoHighLevel for that field
