We have added syncing messages and emails from your campaigns to HubSpot.
1) If you have active Hubspot integration, and also actions such as "Connection requests" or "Send message" at the last step of creating your campaign, you can choose "Sync LinkedIn messages"
2) If you have active Hubspot integration, and also actions such as "Send Emails" at the last step of creating your campaign, you can choose "Sync Emails"
If at the last step of creating your campaign, you choose:
all contacts - we sync all outgoing and incoming messages from the start of the campaign
only those who accepted the request - we sync a message if the contact replies; we sync all outgoing and incoming messages from the start of the campaign
only those who responded - we sync a message if the contact responded; we sync all outgoing and incoming emails from the start of the campaign
For LinkedIn messages, we transfer the following data:
Date - date of receipt/sending of the message
Time - the time of the message in the account time zone
The body of the message:
From - address
To - recipient
Closely campaign - campaign name
Message text.
For emails, we transfer:
Date - the date the email was received/sent
Time - the time of the letter
The body of the message:
From - address
To - recipient
Closely campaign - campaign name
Email text
