Webhook settings
URL for Webhooks is a mandatory field
The following triggers are set up by default:
Add a tag / Remove a tag (send a Webhook when adding / removing a tag);
Add a note / Remove a note (send a Webhook when adding / removing a note).
Get mails and phones via webhooks is enabled by default
Sending contacts using Webhooks
1. While creating a campaign
In the final stage of creating a campaign, you will be able to sync the contacts. There are 3 options for synchronizing the contacts with Webhooks:
Sync All people: This option will send all contacts in the campaign to Webhooks as soon as the campaign becomes active;
Sync Only those who accepted the request: This option will send only those contacts who have accepted the connection to Webhooks;
Sync Only those who answered: This option will send only those contacts who have responded with a message to Webhooks.
2. My Network
On the My Network tab there is an option to send the contact with Webhooks at the right corner of the list.
If the contact has not previously been sent using Webhook, a Sync button will be displayed next to it.
If the contact has already been sent previously
the time of the last sync is displayed next to it;
when hovering over a contact, the Resync button is displayed;
(please note that resync of contact is available once an hour)
3. Lead Finder
a) The integration entry point is located near the contact:
if the contact has not previously been synced, a Sync button is displayed next to it;
if the contact has already been sent previously:
the time of the last sync is displayed next to it;
when hovering over a contact, the Resync button is displayed;
(please note that resync of contact is available once an hour).
b) Bulk actions:
select a certain number of contacts;
mass sync button becomes active;
when clicked, the Webhook sends information about the selected contacts
4. Inbox
The integration entry point is displayed in a separate dialogue box on the right-hand side of the inbox.
if the contact has not been synced, the Sync button is displayed;
if the contact has already been synced, the sync time and Resync button are displayed.
