How to Access LinkedIn Account Settings
Once you successfully sync your LinkedIn, you’ll be taken to a screen with the settings for your account. On this screen, you’ll see the option for My inbox can be viewed by. You can choose who can view your inbox based on your preferences.
Available Privacy Settings
You have several options for who can view your inbox:
Only Me (Default setting)
This setting means that only you will be able to view your inbox. By default, this will be selected.Only Me and the Team Owner
This option allows both you and the team owner to view your inbox.All Team Members
This setting allows all members of your team to view your inbox.
Special Settings for Team Owners
For Team Owners, there are two available settings:
Only Me (Default setting)
Team Owners also start with this default setting, meaning only they can view their inbox by default.All Team Members
Team Owners can choose to allow all team members to view their inbox as well.
Automatic Status and Permissions
For all other accounts, the default setting will be Only Me, but users have the ability to change this setting as per their preferences.
These settings can only be modified by the user who has signed in with the LinkedIn account.
