When inviting members to connect, you can add a personalized message to the recipient to introduce yourself or add context to your relationship.

Recently LinkedIn introduced a limit that will only allow free members to send a certain number of characters in a connection request message.

The first screenshot below was taken on the account with the abovementioned limit. The second screenshot was captured on the account without any limitations.

Please, pay attention to the current limitations of your LinkedIn account when composing a connection request in Closely campaigns. Closely will not be able to send a connection request if the number of characters is exceeded. If your connection message is too long, your connection requests will be sent without any message.
