For campaigns in an active status, your emails are scheduled instantly. The moment you hit the "launch" button, they're queued up and ready to roll. This means your outreach begins without any significant delays, ensuring your message reaches your audience promptly
If you decide to deactivate a campaign, all scheduled emails associated with it are promptly removed from the plan. As soon as you enable it again, all the previously removed emails are added back to the schedule
Generally, the delay is minimal, typically ranging from 5 to 10 minutes. In rare cases, particularly during busy periods, it could extend to a maximum of 30 minutes. But rest assured, these extended delays are infrequent and typically occur during exceptional circumstances
