  • Why can't my teammate set his/her own custom branding?

    At the moment, you can have only one custom branding for the whole team, i.e. every teammate will have the same custom branding. It can be adjusted by Owner or Admin.

  • How can I delete the logo from the custom branding tab?

    Please, go to the Appoint tab > Settings > Custom domain > Remove domain

  • Is it possible to send the client to another webpage after booking?

    Yes. You can redirect the clients to another webpage on the confirmation page. You can set up this in the event-type settings

  • What should I add to the Event link field?

    You need to enter the name of the event and it will be visible in your link. Then, when you share the link to your calendar with the selected event, it will be shown like this: https://bookings.appointapp.io/*your-account*/group-event

  • I want people to be able to book on Monday between 10:00-16:00 and 20:00-23:00 hrs. Is that possible?

    At the moment, we do not have the feature to divide your working hours in this way

  • What do the numbers mean in my booking link? (booking.customdomain.com/905-...)

    The number in the URL means your account ID in the system. At the moment, there is no option to remove it

  • If the client changes the timezone on the booking page, will it be changed from my side?

    No. Timezone is determined automatically based on where the guest is located who tries to book a call. We have a system that automatically adapts the time if the timezones of the host and the guest are different, so the guest will always see his/her own timezone and the hosts their own timezone

  • Can I add more than 1 Zoom account?

    Sure. You need to click "Continue with Zoom" on the Integrations tab and log into your other account. After that, you will be able to choose the Zoom account you'd like to use for the events
