Every month your account is credited with;

- 50 free credits on your free counter

- a certain number of credits if you buy our subscription (500, 5000, or an unlimited number of credits).

In what order are the credits deducted from your account?
Closely will first always write off credits from your free counter, and only then from your paid one until fully used.

Let's take a look at the following examples:

Example №1.

You have 50 credits on your free counter and 100 on the paid counter. If you open 20 contacts, 20 credits will be deducted from your free credits counter. There will be left 30 credits (free) and still 100 credits (paid).

Example №2.

You have 50 credits on your free counter and 100 on the paid counter. If you open 60 contacts, 50 credits will be deducted from your free credits counter and 10 credits from your paid account. There will be left 0 free credits and you will have 90 paid credits.

Example №3.

You have spent all your free credits and you have 0 on your free counter, but you still have 100 credits on your paid counter. If you open 10 contacts, your paid account will be deducted with 10 credits.
