A sleeping icon represents the non-working hours of your LinkedIn or email account.
Outside of working hours, all campaigns of that account are paused.

​To adjust the LinkedIn account's working hours:
Accounts tab > three dots button at the right > account settings > profile settings
Don't forget to click "apply changes" at the top right after that

To adjust the email account's working hours:
Email campaigns tab > accounts tab (at the top) > pencil icon at the right

You can also change the working hours for multichannel campaigns: Accounts tab > three dots button at the right > account settings > profile settings

You can also have one account active when the other one is in sleeping mode
