If you noticed that some variables don't have actual values in your automated messages:
- when you use a CSV file to create a campaign, be sure that each contact has all necessary data in the fields
- when you use URL to create a campaign: in rare occasions our app can't pick up the name or other variables from a contact's page on LinkedIn
if you encounter this case, please, contact our support team via chat and provide the following information:
1) campaign's name
2) a screenshot of the conversation on Linkedin
3) URL to the conversation on LinkedIn
