We have updated the delay settings for actions in multichannel campaigns. You can now set a delay between actions in hours and set a delay to execute the next step immediately after the previous one
The minimum time delay that can be set in hours is 1 hour, and the maximum is 23 hours.
The minimum time delay that can be set in days is 1 day, and the maximum is 23 days.
The time delay in 1 day is set by default, you can change it to hours
Please note: since campaigns are scheduled sequentially by our system, there may be a deviation from the scheduled time of 10 to 60 minutes
