What does error status mean? When should I update password?

Your LinkedIn account may have the following statuses:

  • Active - the account is synchronized, connection requests can be sent

  • Disabled - you can switch from active to disabled status and back if needed

  • Error - synchronization failed. It may happen for various reasons, for example, if you changed the password on the LinkedIn website but didn't update it on Closely. You need to re-sync the account by clicking the "Sync" button

  • Pincode - you need to enter the pin from the email. Please, check your inbox and verify your email

  • Not paid - no seats are attached to this account

  • App confirmation - we sent the notification to your LinkedIn mobile app. You need to open it and confirm the new sign-in attempt within 2 minutes of receiving it
