When setting up a flow for lead enrichment, you can add a step - AI Lead Scoring. This is where you write a prompt — a short instruction for the AI to follow.

Think of it like writing a question or task for ChatGPT. The AI will use your prompt to search for and qualify data about your leads.

What to include in the prompt?

Your prompt should describe what you want to learn about a contact or company. You can use variables to pull in real-time data:

  • Variables starting with custom_ come from your uploaded CSV file.

  • Other variables use data from LinkedIn, collected earlier in the flow.
