1. Navigating to Analytics

To access the Analytics section, simply click on the Analytics option from the navigation menu. This will bring you to the main dashboard, where you can begin selecting and viewing your desired metrics.



2. Choosing Metrics - Pop-Up Window

Once you're in the Analytics section, you can choose the metrics you’d like to view. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to select your desired metrics from tabs that are displayed in both graphical and tabular formats.

Tab View: Each metric is shown in its tab.

Graphical View: The metrics are displayed as graphs for easy visualization.

Remember Last Configuration: The system will remember the last configuration you used, so you don’t have to reconfigure your settings each time.

3. Calendar for Date Selection

To filter data by date, use the calendar tool. By default, the This Week option will be selected. You can choose from the following date range options:

  1. Day

  2. Week

  3. Month

  4. Year

The system will remember your last selected date range, making it easier to quickly access your preferred time frame.

4. Exporting Charts

You can export your data directly from the Analytics Dashboard. To do this, follow these steps:

Click on the Export button next to the chart.

A pop-up window will appear with the option to download the chart.

In the pop-up, you will see the following options:

Title Input: The default title will be “Analytics - [date] [time].”

Checkboxes:

Show Title

Show Actions

Show Y-Axis

5. Tabs with Selected Metrics & Counter

As you select your metrics, each one will be displayed as a tab. A counter will show you the total number of selected metrics. You can remove any metric by clicking the “X” on the tab. This allows you to customize which metrics are displayed at any given time.

6. Graphical Visualization of Metrics

The system supports different types of graphs for visualizing your data:

Quantitative Metrics: Displayed as bar charts for easy comparison.

Qualitative Metrics: Displayed using a different graph type, such as line charts or pie charts, for clear visualization of non-numeric data.

7. Group By Feature

You can group your data by different categories for deeper insights. Use the Group by dropdown to choose between:

Closely User (default)

Account

The system will remember your last grouping preference, ensuring that your charts are always displayed the way you prefer.

8. Exporting Data (CSV or Google Docs)

In addition to exporting graphs, you can also export your raw data:

Export as CSV: Download your data in CSV format for use in spreadsheets.

Export to Google Docs: Save your data directly to a Google Docs file for sharing or further processing.

9. Tables - Grouping Data

You can choose how your data is displayed in tables:

Group by Closely User: View data organized by user email and selected metrics.

Group by Account: View data organized by LinkedIn or email accounts, along with user email and selected metrics.

10. Multi-Select Metrics

The following metrics are available for selection and can be used in various combinations for deeper analysis:

Connection Sent

Connection Accepted

Acceptance Rate

Message Sent

Message Replied

Reply Rate

Profile Visit

Posts Liked

Skills Endorsed

Find Email

Email Sent

Email Opened

Email Clicked

Email Replied

Email Bounce Rate

Email Reply Rate

Open Rate

You can choose multiple metrics at once, allowing you to compare and analyze various types of data simultaneously.
