When setting up delays in a campaign, there’s now an option to add an "Immediately" time delay between steps. Let’s explore how this works in simple terms:
What Happens with the "Immediately" Delay?
1. For the "If connected" condition:
When you set the "Immediately" delay, the system checks if a connection request was accepted right after it is sent.
If you include contacts who are 3rd-degree connections, they have up to 2 minutes to accept your request. If they don’t accept within this time, the system assumes they didn’t accept immediately and triggers actions from the "No" branch
Pro tip: We suggest setting a delay of at least 1 day for the "If connected" condition. This gives your contacts more time to respond, increasing the chances they accept the connection request
2. For other actions (e.g., "View profile" or "Like post"):
If you use the "Immediately" delay, these actions will be executed as soon as the system verifies the condition (like a connection being accepted)
For example, right after the system checks that a connection request was accepted, it will immediately proceed to view the contact’s profile or like a post
The "Immediately" delay is perfect for time-sensitive actions or testing campaigns where you want quick results. However, for building meaningful connections and giving contacts more time to respond, using a longer delay might yield better outcomes
