How to use the conditions in the campaign?

With our new campaign builder, you can easily add conditions to guide how your campaign flows based on different actions. This guide will help you understand what conditions are available, how to use them, and when they are applicable.

You can add conditions by clicking on the "Add new steps" button or between existing steps by clicking on the "+" Sign.

We have 4 types of actions: If connected - Yes/No, If email opened - Yes/No, If the email clicked - Yes/No, If email found - Yes/No

You can add to your campaign the actions and conditions such as - "Connection request", " Find email" and condition "If email found" only once

The steps "Send message" and "Endorse skills" are available only if you have already been connected with the leads from your campaign.

After the action Connection Request, we automatically add a condition - if connected.

The condition - If connected can be deleted.

The delay "Immediately" is set by default and you can be deleted.

After the action Find Email, we automatically add a condition If an email is found

The condition - If found can be deleted.

The delay "Immediately" is set by default and can be deleted.

Actions and conditions that are available if the LinkedIn account is added:

  1. Connection request

  2. View profile

  3. Like post

  4. Send message

  5. Endorse skills

  6. Find email

  7. If connected

Actions and conditions that are available if the Email account is added:

  1. Send email

  2. If email opened

  3. If email clicked

Let's describe in detail the information regarding each condition:

If connected:

  • you can add this condition only if you add a LinkedIn account to your campaign.

  • It could be the first step of your campaign.

  • It's not available for the campaign for "My Network"

If email found - Yes/No:

  • It's available only after the action "Find email"

  • Available only one time on your campaign

  • It's not available for the campaign for "My Network"

If email opened - Yes/No:

  • It's available only after the action "Send email"

  • Available only if turn on "Enable click tracking"

  • It's not available for the campaign for "My Network"

If the email clicked - Yes/No:

  • It's available only after the action "Send email"

  • Available only if turn on "Enable click tracking"

  • It's not available for the campaign for "My Network"

Using conditions effectively allows you to personalize your campaign’s flow and improve engagement with leads. Remember to connect the appropriate accounts (LinkedIn or Email) to access specific actions and conditions.
